Our Story
Blue Water Divers is a family owned and operated business which was established in Ramsey in 1992 and adding our second location in 2000. Blue Water Divers is the dream of Lorraine and Dave Riscinti, who together, have over 25 years of experience in the dive Industry. While their immediate family consists of Lorraine and Dave, and their two sons, Matt and Marc--their staff is their extended family. Everyone who works at Blue Water Divers is passionate about the scuba diving. Whether it is a store staffer, repair technician, instructor or divemaster, you can expect to be welcomed into the scuba lifestyle with open arms and personal service. We look forward to meeting you in person and to seeing you underwater.

From the South:
Using Route 17:
Follow Route 17 North to Mahwah to exit sign "202 Suffern/Morristown" on right. At the end of the short exit ramp turn left (202 South). Continue on 202 to light. Campus entrance is on left.
Using Garden State Parkway:
Leave Parkway at exit 163 (left lane exit). Follow Route 17 North, using instructions above.
Using Route 208:
Follow 208 North until Route 202 in Oakland. Continue north on 202 until first light in Mahwah. Campus entrance is on right.
Using Route 287:
Route 287 North to exit 66 (Mahwah); follow Route 17 South to Route 202 exit. At the end of the exit ramp make left turn (202 South). Continue on Route 202 to light. Campus entrance is on left.
Using New Jersey Turnpike:
Take N.J. Turnpike (I-95 North) to end (exit 18W or 18E). Continue North to Route 80 West to Route 17 North. Follow directions above using Route 17.
From the North
Using Route 17:
Follow Route 17 South (approximately 1.5 miles from Suffern exit on N.Y. State Thruway). Turn right at Route 202 exit . At end of exit ramp, turn left (Route 202 South). Continue on Route 202 approximately 1 mile to light. Campus entrance is on left.
Using NY State Thruway: Take N.Y. State Thruway (87) South to Route 287 South (New Jersey) exit 15 (Suffern) onto Route 17 South. Follow directions above "From the North Using Route 17."
From Orange County: Follow directions "From the North" using Route 17 (above).
From Westchester And Rockland Counties:
Follow Route 287 West over the Tappan Zee Bridge to Route 17 South. Follow directions above "From the North Using Route 17."
From the East:
Follow Route 80 or Route 4 to Route 17 North. Follow directions above "From the South Using Route 17 North."
From the West:
Follow Route 80 East to Route 287 North to Mahwah exit 66, (south on Route 17 to 202 South).
From New York City:
Take the George Washington Bridge, Route 4 West to Route 17 North to 202 South.
From Connecticut:
Follow I-95 to Route 287 West over Tappan Zee Bridge, continue to exit 15 (Suffern) onto Route 17 South. Follow directions above "From the North Using Route 17."
Take New York State Thruway (I-87) South to Route 17 South (exit 15). Follow for 1 mile and take the Mountainside Avenue Crossroads Boulevard Exit. Follow signs to hotel.
From West
Take I-80 East to Route 17 North and follow Route 17 North for approximately 14 miles. Exit at Mountainside Ave/Crossroads Boulevard. Or take Route 202 North to Route 17 North to Mountainside Ave/Crossroads Boulevard.
From Northeast
Take the New York State Thruway (Route 87 North/Route 287 West) to Exit 15 (Route 287 South) to Exit 66 (Route 17 South/Mahwah). Once on Route 17 South, take the exit on the right at Mountainside Avenue/Crossroads Boulevard.
From Newark International Airport
Follow the signs out of the airport for the New Jersey Turnpike/ I-95. Take the turnpike to Exit 16W. Take Route 3 West to Route 17 North and continue for approximately 18 miles. Exit at Mountainside Avenue/Crossroads Boulevard.
From South
Take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 163 or take I-80 to Route 17 North. Follow Route 17 North approximately 14 miles. Exit at Mountainside Avenue/Crossroads Boulevard.
TAKE TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE
AFTER TOLL BOOTH STAY ON 287 (BARE LEFT FOR THE 287/87 SPLIT) TO EXIT 4 HARTSDALE
From the Bronx River Parkway.
Take Virginia Road, Exit 26. Southbound, turn right; Northbound, turn left. At end of Virginia Road, turn right onto Route 100. WCC entrance is approx. 1/4 mile on left.
From Cross-Westchester Expressway (Route 287).
Take Hartsdale Exit 4. Eastbound, turn left; westbound, turn right. North on Knollwood Road (Route 100A) approx. 1/2 mile to WCC entrance on right.
From the Sprain Parkway.
Take Eastview Exit. Northbound, turn right; Southbound, turn left onto Route 100. WCC entrance is approx. 1/4 mile on right.
From the Saw Mill River Parkway.
Take Eastview Exit. Northbound, turn right; Southbound, turn left onto Route 100C. WCC entrance is approx. 1-1/2 miles on right.
By Bus or Train.
Bee-Line buses No. 1-C, 15, 40 & 41 come onto the campus. For a bus schedule, call (914) 813-7777. Harlem Line train should be taken to White Plains, where you can take the 40, 41 or 15 bus or a taxi. For a train schedule, call 1-800-638-7646.
