Learn how to capture the amazing beauty of the underwater world through underwater photography! The goals of the course are to develop your practical knowledge in the areas of basic principles of photography, composition, film types and strobe use. During the program we will cover the techniques involved in normal lens photography as well as macro, close-up and wide angle formats. Care and maintenance of photographic equipment will also be addressed. Previous knowledge of photography is not necessary and any underwater camera system may be used. Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a PADI specialty certification in Underwater Photography, which may be counted toward the requirements toward PADI Master Scuba Diver certification.
