Bailey is a very valued employee here at BWD. She began working for Blue Water Divers in 2017, after she had taken their provided Scuba course at Ramapo College. She went on to get certified in Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Equipment Speciality, and Blending. She did her Divemaster Certification in November 2020, and is currently an Open Water Instructor.
