The PADI Rescue Diver course is the first step in expanding your knowledge and experience beyond a purely recreational level. It is the foundation for all leadership-level training: Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, Instructor and beyond.
You use all your basic scuba gear including a dive computer and accessories. Divers are also expected to furnish their own Knife, Sea Snips, Dive Light, and a Pocket Mask.
The PADI Rescue Diver crewpak or eLearning includes all materials required to complete the PADI Rescue Diver knowledge portion. You'll learn how to think like a rescue diver and preview skills you'll practice with your PADI Instructor. This tool box of knowledge and technique will give you the expertise to handle almost any emergency situation.
