Parents, now you can introduce your kids to the underwater world through two new PADI programs. If you are looking for something new, fun and educational for your kids to do at their next party, why not consider Discover Snorkeling Party.
Kids 10 years and up can take it a step further by going underwater in the Bubblemaker Program.
PADI’s Bubblemaker program is for youngsters between the ages of 10 and older. It introduces young adventurers to the thrill of breathing underwater. With a qualified PADI instructor and the convenience of our indoor heated pool, kids take the plunge to experience another world—the underwater world.
What you can expect from us: We will supply kids with mask and fins. The youngsters will watch a video for each of the programs, and our staff member will reinforce the basics introduced to them in the video. Then, it’s off to the pool for lots of fun!
What we expect from you: Be sure each child brings their bathing suit and a towel. We will supply you with a waiver form that must be filled out and signed by each child’s parent or guardian. Unfortunately, we cannot allow children into the pool without this paperwork. We will also need a list of participants with their height, weight and shoe size prior to the party.
Children will view the appropriate video, then it’s off to the pool for their “water session”. Following their playtime in the pool, you can use our facility for the rest of the party festivities. Parents are invited to decorate, and supply food, drinks, snacks and goody bags. There is a local pizza place that will deliver to our facility as well as a Dairy Queen just a 5-minute drive from BWD. Parents are responsible for paper goods and cups.
The cost of the party (duration: 3 hours) is $450 for a maximum of 10 children. Blue Water Divers will supply the Bubblemaker Invitations for you to use.
